Acute Civil Engineering completed a design and build civil engineering package at Victoria Park, Smethwick, delivering critical infrastructure and external works within an active operational environment. The project required careful coordination around live services and drainage systems to minimise disruption during the construction programme.
The scope included reinforced concrete foundations, below ground drainage, live drainage diversions and incoming service installations including live connections at both ends of the site. Additional works included external landscaping, car park extensions, security fencing and external lighting installations.
