Design and build civils package supporting modular healthcare extension.
Acute Civil Engineering delivered a design and build civil engineering package to support the extension of Station Drive Surgery in Ludlow using off-site modular construction methods.
The scope included installation of new foul and surface water drainage systems, incoming utility services, reinforced concrete foundations, a brick-clad retaining wall and external hard landscaping works.
