Groundworks and infrastructure works delivered for a residential development.
Acute Civil Engineering delivered a comprehensive groundworks and civil engineering package for this residential development in Halifax. The project involved installation of an attenuation system, below ground drainage infrastructure, reinforced concrete foundations and extension of plot services to support the wider housing scheme.
Works also included construction of an adoptable highway access road alongside extensive hard and soft landscaping. The scheme was completed within programme, ensuring the site was fully prepared for ongoing residential construction activities.
